Investor KITAS (Types C313 and C314) is a stay permit that offers many benefits to investors that invest in the country and must work for that company.

In Indonesia you can obtain 2 types of Investor KITAS:

1. Index 313: 1-year KITAS
2. Index 314: 2-years KITAS

Both types allows investors to enter and leave Indonesia multiple times during the validity of the visa.

ONSHORE PROCESS

Onshore Process is for those who ALREADY in Indonesia and would like to convert to KITAS, only B211 Holders which are able to convert to KITAS Onshore and you should have valid stay permit for minimum 60 days to submit your application.

Time: 30 business days more and less (doesn't include public holidays and days off)

1. Recommendation letter at BKPM the process takes 7-14 business days more and less
2. Documents submission to Immigration during the process you will need to visit Immigration Office for photo and fingerprints.
3. Head Immigration Report 
4. Last Step you will get your passport back and KITAS

Requirements:

1. Copy of Passport (for at least 20 months for 1 year KITAS, and more than 34 months for 2 years KITAS)
2. Photograph 4x6cm with white background
3. Address in Bali
4. Certificate of Vaccination
5. Scan of the current visa (for onshore process)

We need minimum deposit of 50% to start the process.
FYI. All deposits cannot be refunded in case the customer initiates to cancel the process
